These delivery terms apply to private or business customers orders with place of delivery England-USA and all other the world. For Australia, China and Japan, please contact us.
Shipping coast
Free shipping on orders of 500£ or more for UK
Free shipping on orders of 1500$ or more for USA and others countries (except EU)
There is a flat rate for shipping and handling of:
UK: 30£ for order less than 500£ - USA: 50$ for orders less than 1500$ - Australia: 100$ for orders less than 1500$
Shipping will be carried from France. The delivery in England will be carried out by Colissimo La Poste or by UPS if "EXPRESS Delivery" (add 15£). The delivery in USA or others countries will be carried out by UPS.
VAT All shop prices are exclisive of tax. As a bussiness inside European Union, you will receive a tax free intracommunity delivery. In order to receive this, you must provide us with your number while placing your order.
Delivery time
Shipment typically occurs one business day after the order (respectly payment) is received. Delivery time can be up to 5 business day for UK and 10 days for USA (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) For EXPRESS delivery, time can be 2 business days for UK and 5 business days for all others.
Payment
- Prepayment by bank transfer to our account in France
- Credit card (Master card, VISA): payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.
- PayPal: payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.
- Invoice: we will send you an invoice with the shipment.
